History (HX): A 32 year old woman ,Pain, palpable mass and yellowish discharge of left breast Findings: Large cystic mass at retro and periareolar of left breast with internal septations, peripheral rim enhancement and enhancement of septation and surrounding breast parenchyma with type 1 and 2 time intensity curves Diagnostic (DX): Severe chronic mastitis with areas of fibrosis and neurotrophilic infiltration and abscess formation
