History (HX): A 55 year old woman , Suspicious microcalcification at UOQ of right breast on mammography .
Findings: Clumped nonmass enhancement at UOQ of right breast with type 2 and 3 (rapid-plateau and rapid washout) time intensity curves suspicious for DCIS .
Diagnostic (DX): Intraductal carcinoma with foci of invasive component grade 1 (proved)
