History (HX): Known case of MS

Findings: In this known case of MS on post-Gd images numerous enhancing lesions are noted with different enhancement pattern such as nodular, ring and open ring (typical for MS) suggesting active / acute lesion

Diagnosis (DX): MS with multiple enhancing (active) plaques
