History (HX): Gait atakia, dysarthoria,

Findings: Brain MRI shows Atrophic changes at cerebellum involving  the cerebellar vermis and cerebellar hemispheres with sulci widening, enlargement of adjacent subarachnoid spaces and the 4^th ventricle.

Diagnostic (DX): Cerebellar atrophy
