History (HX): Left hemiparesis for a few weeks Male 51yr
Findings: Large left paraspinal mass with cystic component and intraspinal extension through the neural foramina causing pressure effect upon the thecal sac and spinal cord, as well as similar lobulated masses involving the pleura and chest wall (ribs) posteriorly
Diagnostic (DX): Hydatid disease (proved after surgery) |
