History (HX): 1- Female 34yr Pregnant (in third trimester)-right hip pain
Findings: Diffuse bone marrow edema at femoral head, neck and distal intertrochantric region and proximal femoral shaft Diagnostic (DX): 2 case of transient osteoprosis of the hip Discussion : More common in 3rd and 4th decades more common in males. Also reported in pregnant women in third trimester
