History (HX): A 23 year old woman with Palpable mass at forearm with history of previous surgery (18 yrs ago)

Findings: Large lobulated mass. Composed of serpigenous tubular structures which are intensely high signal on fluid sensitive sequences and scattered fat within the mass and small signal void foci (phleboliths) which are best seen on plain X-Ray Diagnostic (DX): Large soft tissue hemangioma of forearm |
