History (HX): Anticoagulant therapy

Findings:

A large mass-like lesion in left hemipelvis and abdominal wall with significant pressure effect upon adjacent anatomy. The lesion has peripheral high intensity on fat sat and non fat sat T1WI suggestive of hematoma in subacute phase

Diagnostic (DX):  Large pelvic hematoma
